Job Description
Recruitment of advisors/agents.
Train advisors/agents to provide better understanding of products.
Execution of sales strategy.
Undertake joint field work with advisors/agents.
Monitor and review agents performance,help them achieve max. business.
Provide feedback to trainers on group and individual development of agents.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with experience in sales/ MBA Freshers also be considered.
Good communication skills.
Localite from the concerned location or resident of the location for 2yrs.
Candidates from consumer durable,financial & banking, FMCG, mutual funds, pharma, direct selling will be preffered.
Location will be Coochbihar & Jalpaiguri ( W.B)
