Job Description

1) VODAFONE Call-Center:

A) Eligibility: Only Graduation or final year results awaiting, Post-Graduate, BHM, Aviation and travel can apply, BE, B.Tech are not eligible. (Fresher can apply).

Age Limit : upto 32 yrs, with good height-weight ratio & pleaseing personality.

B) Language: English, Hindi & Bengali.

C) Job Designation: Customer Service officer.

D) Key Responsibility:

Interacting with the customers inbound process over the phone, trouble-shooting the queries, CCA should have good interpersonal and communication skills, to be able to handle multiple priorities, to be able to work with targets, to be ambitious and confident, able to solve the customers problem, to be & take responsibility and have a good sense of humour.

Timing for Job : Rotational shift and night for boys and no night shift for girls.

Salary For Vodafone : CTC â€“ 8500 and Net â€“ 7361.( Under the payroll of Temp Force, susidiary of 2COMS)

Variables depending upon individual CCA: INCENTIVES.

*Attendence Allowance: 100% Rs :700

*Performance Incentives :depending upon how many targets achieved per month : 0-2500 k

*Loyalty Incentives: after completing 6m of tenure with the company will get Rs:4000k and again after completing 6m again 8000k as loyalty incentive. Applicable for 1year.

It is a contract of 6months & every 6 months the contract is renewed.

IT WOULD BE OFF PAY- ROLE,FROM TEMP-FORCE.

Note:Candidate should be from Kolkata or West Bengal.
