2) Have done the Preliminary round / screening interview experience

Job Description

1) Recruitment (Zone level)

a) Data sourcing and gathering from various sources at local level

b) Taking the Preliminary round of interview by own

c) Coordinating and conducting interviews for different positions

d) Coordinating final round of interview with the help of centralized team

e) Tie ups with the colleges for final and trainee placements

f) Complete the recruitment target by the target date given

g) Helping the Post recruitment department for the joining formalities of the employees

2) Coordinating to HO for the query regarding leave, salary or any othe type related to employee

3) Coordinating with Admin department for the assest allocation after the joining of the candidates

4) Ensuring all the rules and regulation follows at the branch level

5) Ensuring all the compliance of labour laws of the zone

6) Have to take care of all the HR activities for the zone

7) Coordinating for the induction program for the new joinee employees

8) Coordinating for the employee welfare activities
